SMS Terms

Eagle ATV Service offers optional service-related SMS from 304-913-3727: repair progress, parts and pickup updates, estimate approval links, invoice/payment links and replies to service questions. Message frequency varies with your service needs. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can use our services and receive email updates without agreeing to texts. Check the optional box in your signed-in portal and choose Subscribe to service texts to join. The box is not preselected. Only subscribe a mobile number you own or are authorized to use.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe, or choose Stop service texts in the portal. You may receive a final opt-out confirmation. Reply HELP for help or contact the shop. After opting out by text, reply START and confirm your consent in the portal to subscribe again.
Delivery may be delayed or fail; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text replies do not approve an estimate or authorize payment. Use the secure portal to review and explicitly approve estimates or make payments. Do not send payment-card details or passwords by text.
