Service texting
Effective September 25, 2026.
Eagle ATV Service uses your mobile number, consent choices, service-message content and delivery information to provide repair updates, estimate and invoice links, pickup notices and customer support. The portal records your consent choice, account and time so we can honor your preferences.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their marketing. We use service providers, including Twilio and mobile carriers, to deliver and process the service messages you request. Shop staff can review your replies and delivery history.
We retain service messages and consent records as needed to support your service history and honor opt-outs. Contact us to request correction or deletion; we may retain records needed for business obligations and opt-out enforcement. Portal access requires sign-in, and access to customer texting controls is restricted.
Reply STOP to stop texts, or use Stop service texts in the portal. Signing up for service does not automatically subscribe you to texts.
